HR Business Partner, Technology
Principal Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Building understanding of function, developing strong relationships and ownership of all HR aspects for Technology Team
- Developing and maintaining productive and meaningful relationships with functional leadership teams, heads of departments, managers, key stakeholders and colleagues for Technology function through regular meetings etc.
- Develop and implement annual HR calendar for Technology covering key events, communication plans, road shows related to functional HR initiatives, engagement events, technical and behavioural training and development etc
- Overall accountability for recruitment, measuring and enhancing engagement and wellbeing, attrition etc for Technology
Timely Implementation of HR Processes in Technology
- Timely implementation of People reviews (people action planning, tracking, identifying themes on all aspects, reporting), developing and executing relevant talent plans for Technology function
- Ensure that all objectives, and performance reviews are set and recorded with HR and report back on quality / effectiveness
- Timely, fair, well communicated and accurate roll - out of performance management, calibrations, reward planning, benchmarking, promotion, recognition, work-force planning and other processes
- Accurate and timely employee life-cycle management throughout the year including timely and accurate documentation. Covers all people processes including recruitment, induction and onboarding, leaver management, correctness of data and records on workday, contracts etc
- Independent management of all Employee Relations issues in relevant functions in line with legal frameworks and company polices
Design and implementation of functional projects / priorities which could include (different
for each function in remit)
- Contribution to organisation design, effective facilitation of structural / process changes in line with functional / organisation strategy. Finding out new capabilities required and planning for development
- Retention of key talent through growth and development initiatives (facilitating and managing secondments, projects, transfers etc) and developing a view of talent in the function across the group
- Partnering with people managers and further building their skills in areas like Objective setting, Reward management, Feedback etc
- Ensuring high uptake of employee and manager self-service on people systems
Requirements:
- at least Degree in HR or related fields
- at least 8-9 years of experience in business partnering.
- has exposure in a functional HR role (cuts across different geographical locations)
