What qualifications are required?
Business Analyst roles will generally require the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Business Systems
- A sound understanding of business and experience in a similar role

It’s common for a Business Analysts to be self-employed and hired by an organisation as a consultant. Clients include Senior Managers responsible for business or functional activities within an organisation. Permanent employment can often be found in larger companies.
