Role Purpose
The Account Assistant will support the Finance Operations team in managing accounts payable and receivable functions. This role will also involve close collaboration with other departments, regional colleagues, and participation in local and regional transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with brokers to resolve unallocated receipts.
- Obtain brokers’ tax invoices and prepare reports for the Finance Reporting team.
- Review tax invoices issued by the Operations Team and prepare reports for Finance.
- Allocate receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Undertake other finance-related duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in ERP Oracle is preferred.
- Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
