As a Market Manager, Indonesia, you will be a trusted strategic partner to our client's host in your region, supporting their growth and success on the platform. You’ll work closely with emerging professional hosts—helping them optimise pricing, improve performance, and unlock new growth opportunities—while also contributing to scalable education initiatives across the market.
This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, empathy, commercial acumen, and curiosity to every conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of hosts, providing timely and personalised support
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement
- Advise hosts on pricing, availability, service quality, and platform best practices to drive revenue growth
- Understand host pain points deeply and share meaningful feedback with internal teams
- Partner with Market Managers and internal teams to deliver one-to-many initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and educational programs
- Occasionally meet hosts in person within your territory to strengthen relationships
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, partner support, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia(spoken)
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and revenue outcomes
- Excellent communication skills—confident engaging stakeholders in person, via phone, and over email
- Comfortable using CRM tools and working with data to inform decisions
- A natural relationship builder with empathy, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Highly organised, able to balance short-term actions with long-term growth goals
- Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to team success
