Our Client looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Collections team in handling backend administrative tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the collections team, including documentation, data updates, and filing
- Perform daily checks and updates on assigned tasks to ensure timelines are met
- Prepare manual letters and maintain proper records in shared systems
- Conduct skip tracing checks and data verification for uncontactable cases
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to support operational activities
- Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred (relevant experience may be considered)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel(e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Location: East Region
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
