Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Assistant to support back-office processing functions related to loan fulfilment. This is a maker role responsible for handling documentation and operational processing for cashier’s orders, which are a critical component of the loan disbursement workflow.
This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and document processing with high accuracy
- Support pre-processing and preparation of cashier’s orders
- Handle warehousing, filing, and physical document management
- Prepare and dispatch cashier’s orders to various banks
- Ensure all documentation is properly recorded and stored according to procedures
- Follow operational guidelines and compliance requirements
- Comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Able to follow structured processes and instructions
- Responsible and dependable in handling sensitive documents
- Patient and meticulous
- Able to work in a routine, process-driven environment
- Good time management and reliability
