About the Role
Our Client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join their Business Development Team.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity suited for candidates with experience in administration, coordination, data entry, project support or operations. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure accurate records, timely follow-ups and smooth execution of team activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for the team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation and follow-up tracking.

  • Perform data entry and record maintenance, including updating trackers, contact lists, account information and project-related documentation.

  • Prepare meeting materials, compile information and inputs, maintain organised filing structures and coordinate internal submissions.

  • Track assigned tasks, timelines and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups and providing regular updates to the supervising manager.

  • Support the coordination of visits, workshops, events and stakeholder engagements, including logistics arrangements, attendance tracking and post-event documentation.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other materials required for project and operational activities.

  • Handle documents and information responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within agreed timelines, proactively escalating any issues, gaps or clarification requirements.

  • Provide general project and operational support as required to facilitate the smooth execution of team and pillar activities.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Prior experience in administration, coordination, data entry, project support or operations will be advantageous.

  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work within established timelines.

  • Responsible, dependable and comfortable handling confidential information.

  • Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to support a variety of administrative and operational activities.

  • Comfortable committing to a 12-month contract.
