AMS Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) — 1-Year Contract

Location: Central Singapore
Function: Application Maintenance & Support (AMS)
Compensation: Up to SGD 14,000/month(commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We’re hiring an AMS Team Lead to oversee day-to-day Application Maintenance & Support for multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) CRM applications in a banking environment. You’ll ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement while leading cross-functional onshore/offshore teams and coordinating with business, IT, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

AMS Delivery & Operations
  • Own incident, service request, change, and problem management in line with SLAs/KPIs.
  • Drive environment stability, health checks, capacity planning, and release readiness for D365 CE.

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary contact for business and IT stakeholders on all AMS matters.
  • Run service reviews, report on performance and incident trends, and align priorities with product/BA leads.

Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Lead onshore/offshore support teams: workload distribution, shift handover quality, and communications.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors/partners for platform operations and integrations.

Continuous Improvement & Enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for automation, ticket reduction, and root-cause elimination.
  • Lead minor enhancements/CRs and optimization initiatives; maintain knowledge base and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
  • 7+ years in IT with 3+ years in an AMS leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) —particularly Sales and Customer Service modules.
  • Banking/financial services experience is required.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes and AMS best practices.
  • Proven experience supporting integrations with core banking systems, third-party apps, and data services.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills.
