Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer (Curam) to design, build, and configure applications that support critical business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and active involvement in design and build decisions. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions while mentoring junior developers and promoting continuous improvement within the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure applications to meet both business and technical requirements.
- Develop innovative application solutions that align with organizational and client objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and performance tuning for developed applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Provide solutions and technical guidance for complex development challenges.
- Ensure adherence to build, configuration, and release management standards and practices.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and best practices.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Build Management
- Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management
- Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
- Intermediate proficiency in Curam (IBM Social Program Management Platform)
- Strong programming skills in Java / J2EE
- Good understanding of application architecture, integration, and deployment processes

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the IBM Curam Social Program Management (SPM) framework
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
