Job Title: Application Developer (Curam)
Contract Duration: 10 Months 
Work Arrangement: Onsite 
Location:  Central 

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer (Curam) to design, build, and configure applications that support critical business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and active involvement in design and build decisions. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions while mentoring junior developers and promoting continuous improvement within the development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and configure applications to meet both business and technical requirements.
  • Develop innovative application solutions that align with organizational and client objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and performance tuning for developed applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Provide solutions and technical guidance for complex development challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to build, configuration, and release management standards and practices.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and best practices.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Advanced proficiency in Build Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
  • Intermediate proficiency in Curam (IBM Social Program Management Platform)
  • Strong programming skills in Java / J2EE
  • Good understanding of application architecture, integration, and deployment processes
Primary Skills:

Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with the IBM Curam Social Program Management (SPM) framework
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
