About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with expertise in SAP ABAP Development and familiarity with SAP Fiori to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with leadership responsibilities. You will not only design and develop applications but also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) —guiding your team, influencing key technical decisions, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into innovative and scalable solutions.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to solution architecture, and mentor developers to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving enhancements to SAP applications, improving user experience through SAP Fiori, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Design & Development: Design, build, and configure applications to align with business process and application requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Act as SME, making critical technical decisions, reviewing code, and providing guidance to team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Innovative Development: Develop creative SAP ABAP solutions that enhance functionality and system performance.
- SAP Fiori Integration: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to incorporate SAP Fiori, improving the overall user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends, driving adoption of best practices and continuous enhancements.
- Mentorship: Provide technical coaching and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development(mandatory).
- Strong knowledge and practical exposure to SAP Fiori(recommended).
- Proven experience in application development, including design, configuration, and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to act as SME and mentor junior developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working in large-scale SAP implementations.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
