About the role
Provide Tier-3 application support and drive feature improvements through change control, requirements gathering, testing, and release management—working closely with stakeholders and development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier-3 support and troubleshoot tool/application issues; guide IT staff and end users
- Gather requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate feature changes with development
- Support release lifecycle: testing, deployment, upgrades, and post-release feedback
- Maintain documentation such as user manuals, best practices, and communications materials
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT support / feature improvement or similar
- Degree in IT / Computer Science (or related)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and strong stakeholder communication skills
- Able to work independently; strong English communication (spoken/written)
- Professional Certificates: Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL 4 Foundation
- Mandatory Experience: ITSM portal
