Role Overview This role focuses on managing incident tickets and supporting clients by ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse incident tickets and collaborate with functional SMEs to determine appropriate resolutions and target timelines
- Communicate ticket updates clearly, including issues, findings, resolutions, and expected timelines to clients/users
- Act as a liaison between clients/users and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to queries
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- General knowledge of 3-tier system architecture
- Ability to quickly pick up functional and system knowledge
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to external stakeholders (with guidance)
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams
