Application Support Analyst (L2)
12 Months Contract 

Role Overview This role focuses on managing incident tickets and supporting clients by ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse incident tickets and collaborate with functional SMEs to determine appropriate resolutions and target timelines
  • Communicate ticket updates clearly, including issues, findings, resolutions, and expected timelines to clients/users
  • Act as a liaison between clients/users and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to queries
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • General knowledge of 3-tier system architecture
  • Ability to quickly pick up functional and system knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to external stakeholders (with guidance)
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams
