Job Description:
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our Technology team. The role focuses on providing technical support, system enhancements, and operational support for our internal applications, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day application support for reported production issues and resolve within SLA.
  • Maintain user roles, security, and profiles.
  • Create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle bulk data migration, and manage page layouts.
  • Liaise with business users and stakeholders for system enhancements, integrations, and operational support.
  • Declarative programming of workflows and custom objects.
  • Use basic JavaScript and HTML; willing to learn Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, components, and controllers.
  • Maintain sandbox development environments and support implementation of changes following SOPs.
  • Use Salesforce DataLoader and advanced Excel for data manipulation.
  • Prepare documentation, including requirements, training materials, process and data flows, use cases, and functional designs.
  • Design and maintain business reports and dashboards, both regular and ad-hoc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or related field.
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce Admin 201, Sales Cloud, and/or Developer certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting both development and production environments.
