- Manage and respond to incidents affecting critical digital, information and communications, and media services in Singapore.
- Monitor, analyse, and review network intelligence and operational information feeds within an operations and command centre environment.
- Conduct regular horizon scanning to identify and assess incidents impacting digital and info-communication infrastructure and services locally, regionally, and globally.
- Perform root cause investigations and initiate enforcement actions for non-compliance with relevant regulations and regulatory frameworks.
- Support the ongoing review, development, and enhancement of regulatory frameworks and initiatives aimed at strengthening the resilience of Singapore’s digital and info-communication networks and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with degrees in other disciplines may be considered if they possess relevant experience.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in the information and communications or media sector.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, digital infrastructure, and info-communication networks is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on a 12-hour shift schedule.
