Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager (Associate) to support the delivery and ongoing management of an enterprise digital platform. This role focuses on backlog management, coordination with technical teams, and operational support, ensuring product changes are delivered securely, efficiently, and in line with governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product strategy execution through backlog grooming, prioritisation, and requirement clarification
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and tasks
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across sprints and releases
- Assist with stakeholder communication during deployments, incidents, and operational changes
- Support production operations, including go-live coordination, incident response, and post-deployment reviews
- Ensure deliverables align with governance, security, and audit requirements
- Experience supporting IT product delivery in structured environments
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and backlog management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (developers, infra, ops)
- Exposure to production support activities, including deployments and incident coordination
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Availability to support after-hours activities for planned deployments or critical incidents
- Agile / Scrum certifications
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent
- Cloud fundamentals
