About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright to design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks. This role requires hands-on technical ability, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks aligned with project requirements and best practices.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
- Perform requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approach.
- Provide regular updates and manage client and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Ensure automation coverage, stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Playwright.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability in client and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
