Salary: SGD 8,400 – 17,000/month(commensurate with experience)
We are looking for experienced Junior to Senior Business Analysts to support a leading banking client in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Banking/Wealth Management expertise and hands-on Avaloq experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support solution design, requirement validation, testing, and UAT activities.
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Banking / Wealth Management business experience (mandatory).
- Hands-on Avaloq functional and/or technical experience (mandatory).
- Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking.
- Experience with banking and investment platforms such as Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
