Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised consultation services using advanced diagnostic equipment. This role combines hands-on customer consultation, product recommendation, and retail operations, making it ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about skincare, haircare, and customer wellness.
You will play a key role in elevating the in-store experience, building customer trust, and driving growth within the skincare and haircare categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Customer Engagement
- Proactively engage customers and introduce skin and scalp analysis services
- Support customer registration
and identify individual skin/scalp concerns
- Perform skin and scalp analysis
using diagnostic equipment, guiding customers through the process
- Deliver personalised consultation results
and recommend suitable skincare and haircare solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and respond confidently to enquiries using FAQs and product knowledge
- Guide customers through product usage and purchasing decisions
- Sanitize diagnostic equipment after each use in accordance with hygiene protocols
- Ensure proper storage and basic upkeep of equipment to maintain optimal working condition
- Support daily store operations including stocking, replenishment, pricing, and visual merchandising
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well organised
- Assist with inventory handling and general store upkeep
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Retail, Business Management, or a related field
- 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confident in recommending products
and guiding purchasing decisions
- Passion for skincare, scalp/haircare, and customer wellness
- Comfortable operating diagnostic devices(training will be provided)
- Detail-oriented with strong awareness of hygiene standards, protocols, and data compliance
- Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
