About the Client

In line with continued growth, The Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to oversee operations at its counters in East Region. This role is key to driving store performance, team development, and exceptional client experiences in the travel retail space.
How You Will Contribute
- Act as the key liaison between The Client and airport retail operators, ensuring smooth store operations.
- Lead and develop the boutique team, delivering ongoing coaching and training in line with the brand’s standards and values.
- Oversee the successful opening of counter and manage day-to-day operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Implement strategic action plans based on sales goals, retail trends, and travel retail dynamics.
- Provide regular business reporting and maintain communication with the regional GM and internal teams.
- Champion luxury clienteling—grow the VIP customer base, manage client follow-ups, and resolve any service concerns.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and effective product mix to maximize sales opportunities.
- Uphold the brand’s identity and values through consistent implementation of retail standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities—including joint efforts with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally, maintaining brand excellence in a fast-paced travel retail environment.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Proven experience in leading store openings and launching retail operations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in jewellery or watches will be a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen with the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail landscape.
- Highly driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities; able to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other retail management tools.
