About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Avaloq expertise to support key banking and financial services initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assess current-state processes and define future-state business solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation and business analysis artefacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process enhancements and technology-driven solutions.
- Support the integration of business processes with technology platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution validation meetings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to key project decisions and provide solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong experience in Avaloq Business Analysis and/or Avaloq Technical Development.
- Candidates with a combination of both Avaloq Technical and Business Analysis experience are highly preferred.
- Candidates with deep, hands-on Avaloq Business Analysis experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience working on Avaloq-specific projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system enhancements, or implementation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience within banking or financial services environments.
- Exposure to Avaloq implementation, enhancement, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
