About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to support the delivery and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce configurations/solution designs, and support testing and adoption across the project lifecycle. This role suits someone who is structured, analytical, and comfortable engaging both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution requirements(configuration and/or functional design).
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Document business processes, user stories, functional specifications, and supporting artefacts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution (test cases, coordination, defect triage).
- Work with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Support change management activities such as user guidance and basic training documentation where needed.
Mandatory
- Proven Salesforce project experience in at least one Salesforce Cloud: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and configuration (e.g., objects, fields, flows, page layouts, permissioning concepts).
- Relevant Salesforce certifications(please list clearly on the CV).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with good stakeholder management.
- Good project management skills (planning, tracking, coordinating across teams).
- Public Sector experience in Singapore(projects delivered for government agencies).
- Experience working in structured, governance-heavy environments.
- Salesforce project experience(scope, cloud(s) used, role and responsibilities)
- Salesforce certifications(name + year attained if available)
- Salesforce Cloud Experience Summary(e.g., Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud / Experience Cloud)
