Location: Central, Singapore
Type: 1-year contract, Full-time
Salary: Up to SGD 9,500/month  

About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to drive product outcomes for two mission-critical platforms:
  1. a secure large file transfer product used with external stakeholders, and
  2. our Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
You’ll partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into user stories, shape user journeys, validate solutions, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product & Policy Fit: Advise on the viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on product scope and roadmap.
  • Requirements & Story Writing: Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs as clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • User Journeys & Prototypes: Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and visual mock-ups to align teams and de-risk delivery.
  • Delivery Quality: Partner with Product Teams to triage issues, ensure defects are resolved to spec, and manage change requests.
  • Insights & Outcomes: Define success metrics, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to drive product outcomes.
  • Market & Opportunity Sizing: Conduct market analyses to frame the problem space and size opportunities; evaluate existing solutions for differentiation or synergies.
  • User Research: Conduct interviews and synthesize insights to refine the problem statement and validate solutions.
  • Post-Release Analysis: Analyse results post-launch to identify improvements and inform backlog prioritisation.
  • Platform Ownership: Lead product management and continuous enhancement for the secure large file transfer product; provide strategic oversight for IAM(feature prioritisation, user journey optimisation, stakeholder engagement).

Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent in Agile projects.
  • Hands-on experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
  • Preferably Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)(or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Change management exposure to drive user adoption is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with building dashboards/metrics(e.g., defining KPIs; tools such as Power BI/Tableau a plus).
