Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Alliance Manager to drive joint revenue growth between Red Hat and our client across South East Asia and Korea, while serving as a key point of contact for the broader APAC region.
This role will focus on expanding strategic partnerships, accelerating go-to-market initiatives, and clearly articulating the combined value proposition of Red Hat and our client’s solutions to senior business and sales stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Revenue Growth
- Drive joint revenue growth across SEA & Korea, aligned to Annualized Red Hat bookings targets
- Execute strategies to strengthen and expand the Red Hat–client partnership
- Develop and launch new joint GTM initiatives
in key focus areas such as:
- Virtualisation
- Artificial Intelligence
- Execute existing GTM programs, ensuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is positioned as the preferred OS within our client’s infrastructure sales and renewals
- Act as the primary internal representative for all Red Hat business matters within our client’s APAC organisation
- Provide advisory and support to APAC markets beyond SEA & Korea
- Collaborate closely with Partner Account Managers and cross-functional teams
- Lead and coordinate the development of joint Red Hat–client solutions
- Align internal stakeholders on sales strategies and opportunity execution
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior leadership across SEA & Korea
- Drive Annual Business Reviews for the APAC region
- Deliver:
- Monthly reports on GTM initiatives, pipeline, and activities
- Bi-weekly large deal reviews with Red Hat teams
- Quarterly performance reports including revenue tracking, pipeline, and execution progress
- Strong experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partner Management
- Proven track record in driving revenue through strategic partnerships
- Experience in enterprise technology, cloud, infrastructure, or open-source ecosystems
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across regions
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
