Our client is seeking an ambitious and engaging relationship builder to join the team. You will drive the company’s growth by creating and executing effective sales strategies, while building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the successful candidate be streamlining product offerings and delivering seamless protection to clients through cutting-edge technology.

A Day in the Life:
  • Utilize digital tools to quote Employee Benefits insurance through our online portal, making the process efficient and customer-friendly.
  • Take charge of client insurance renewals, managing both Portfolio and Experience-rated Plans as a project manager.
  • Forge strong relationships with insurers to secure the best deals for clients, ensuring optimal value.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurers, managing policy renewals and new business placements with ease.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process using innovative technology.
  • Lead the effort in sourcing new quotations, presenting them to prospective clients within your assigned portfolio.
  • Manage and clean up renewal member listings, reconciling client data against insurer records for accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough Premium & Benefits Comparisons, analyzing data to propose optimal solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert answers to product-related enquiries, ensuring clients receive well-rounded and effective solutions.
  • Organize and deliver Benefits Presentation sessions, showcasing the advantages of our offerings to clients.
  • Track and report on new business conversion rates and policy renewal retention rates, ensuring performance is continuously optimized.
What You Need:
  • A Diploma in any discipline.
  • Mandatory certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits, whether in Broker Support, Broking firms, Insurance companies, or as a General Insurance Broker.
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in MS Office Suite(Excel – Pivot Table & V-Lookup, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to apply solutions to diverse scenarios.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail when dealing with sensitive data, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis of underwriting information.
  • A fast learner, capable of picking up systems and processes quickly within the first 3 months.
  • A hunger for growth, with an eagerness to learn and develop your career alongside the firm.
