- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Promote the full range of offerings, including event spaces, catering services, and technological solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support clients throughout the event lifecycle from initial inquiry and planning to post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all event components.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and proposal pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company guidelines.
- Deliver tailored solutions that align with clients’ objectives and enhance their event experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the MICE or hospitality industry, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the MICE industry, including market dynamics and client expectations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strategic thinker who can work independently and collaboratively.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support cross-functional teams.
- A strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
