The Manager will oversee various operational elements, including people management, business growth, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the team.
- Mentor and coach team members, assisting with onboarding and career development planning.
- Handle operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities within the department.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
- Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
- Establish controls and feedback systems to monitor departmental operations.
- Analyze financial, sales, and activity reports to assess departmental effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic reports for management to track strategic goals.
- Maintain relationships with business partners and communicate with other departments to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-selling initiatives.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong product knowledge.
- 1+ years of team leadership experience.
- Mandatory certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
