Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, profit, and income goals through strategic category planning
- Develop customer-focused product assortments and compelling promotional campaigns
- Design planograms and placement strategies to influence shopper behavior
- Implement competitive pricing and robust private label programs
- Build strong supplier and OEM partnerships to maximize terms, discounts, and performance
- Lead the full product development cycle: from curation and design to freight and quality control
- Maintain stock health and minimize shrinkage via disciplined inventory practices
- Support cross-functional collaboration across regional business units and stores
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in a customer-centric industry with solid merchandising, marketing, and category management skills
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and hands-on operational capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
