About the Role
Our client is looking for a Central Reports Manager to join a large-scale finance transformation programme.
This role focuses on managing and standardising finance reports across multiple regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective delivery — rather than traditional financial reporting.
You will play a key role in bridging finance, business, and technology teams to deliver a centralised reporting framework across Asia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and oversee 100+ finance/system-generated reports across business units
- Ensure consistency, standardisation, and governance of all reports
- Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle — from design to delivery and BAU
- Work closely with Business Units, IT, and Finance Transformation teams
- Support system rollout, UAT, and ongoing reporting improvements
- Identify gaps and drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Ensure reports meet business needs and are delivered accurately and on time
Must-Have
- Experience in Finance, Reporting, or Operations
- Exposure to finance transformation projects or BAU + project environments
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large volumes of data and reports
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Oracle Finance systems (e.g. AHCS, EDMCS)
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Experience in reporting standardisation or governance
- Exposure to finance system implementations or transformations
- Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. SmartView, OTBI, BIP)
- Understanding of IFRS17 or financial controls frameworks
- Regional scope across Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines; expanding to Vietnam & Taiwan)
- Transformation programme in active rollout phase
- Minimal travel required
- Finance professionals with reporting or operations experience
- Candidates who enjoy process improvement and data/report governance
- Individuals with exposure to finance projects or system implementations
- Finance Analysts looking to step into a regional transformation role
