About the Role

Our client is looking for a Change Management Analyst (Change Practitioner) to support the planning and execution of change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition from current state to target state. This role will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, develop success metrics, and drive adoption through effective communications, workshops, and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in guiding the team, contributing to important decisions, and providing solutions to challenges across the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of change initiatives to enable successful transition and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and promote collaboration.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to ensure teams remain informed, engaged, and aligned.
  • Define and track change metrics, analyze feedback, and recommend actions to improve change outcomes.
  • Mentor team members to strengthen their understanding of change management best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, findings, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions impacting the programme.

Requirements Must-Have
  • Advanced proficiency in Change Management
  • Strong experience engaging stakeholders and driving adoption through structured change approaches
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage change activities across multiple teams

  • Organisational Strategy
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Change Analytics (metrics, insights, reporting)

Experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in change management / transformation support roles
