Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster General Manager to oversee the operations and commercial performance of a lifestyle hotel portfolio in Singapore. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue, market share, guest satisfaction, and profitability (GOP & EBITDA), while building a high-performing team culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead overall hotel operations to drive financial results, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies across Rooms, F&B, Events, Sales, Revenue, Digital Marketing, Loyalty, and Distribution to achieve commercial success.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and ensure P&L accountability.
  • Foster a service-driven, innovative culture, empowering teams to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, HR policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with corporate and regional teams on strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Maintain high standards in asset care, preventive maintenance, and crisis management.
  • Create an inclusive, energetic work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in the Singapore hospitality market (cluster experience preferred).
  • Proven strengths in sales, revenue management, and food & beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on, people-first approach.
  • Degree in Hospitality or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in using data and tech tools to drive operational success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong service and performance culture across teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and commercial strategies across multiple properties.
  • Innovative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
