Role Overview
The Communications & Content Specialist will support the Singapore Communications team in delivering impactful internal and external communications. This role focuses on content creation, multimedia production, event coordination, media monitoring, and governance, ensuring alignment with global standards in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communications & Content Development
- Develop and produce strategic communication materials (e.g. memos, presentations, fact sheets) for internal and external audiences
- Create engaging multimedia content including videos, digital assets, and social media content
- Manage and update internal communication platforms (e.g. intranet, newsletters, internal announcements)
- Support media relations activities, including monitoring, analysis, and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports and insights on media coverage and communication effectiveness
- Coordinate logistics and administrative support for key events (e.g. senior leadership visits, town halls, global campaigns)
- Oversee end-to-end event execution, including content, design, logistics, and on-site support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, approval processes, and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and support regular and ad-hoc reporting
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, content, PR, or journalism within MNCs, agencies, or media environments
- Strong exposure to digital and multimedia content platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Proficiency in multimedia tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lumen5)
- Good understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes
- Strong content development and editing capabilities
- Diploma or Degree (Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred)
