They are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead strategic communications initiatives across South East Asia, driving impactful storytelling, strengthening brand reputation, and supporting business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
As the Communications Manager for South East Asia, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic communications initiatives across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute integrated consumer, corporate and policy communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Lead high-impact communications campaigns that generate positive media coverage and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with policy, marketing and cross-functional teams to communicate the company's positive economic and social contributions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, government stakeholders and tourism organisations.
- Manage media enquiries and support proactive and reactive media engagement.
- Draft high-quality communications materials including:
- Press releases
- Media pitches
- Messaging documents
- Q&As
- Executive briefs
- Presentations
- Speeches
- Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements and public appearances.
- Develop and execute influencer engagement strategies across South East Asia.
- Manage PR agency partners across multiple markets to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Support corporate reputation initiatives, earnings communications, executive profiling and issues management.
- Monitor the media landscape and identify opportunities to position the organisation as an industry leader.
- Work collaboratively with international communications and policy teams to ensure consistent messaging across markets.
We're looking for an experienced communications professional who possesses:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer, corporate and/or policy communications, gained either in-house or within a communications agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
- Proven experience managing media relations with an established network of journalists and media contacts.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated communications campaigns.
- Experience handling complex or sensitive regulatory, corporate or public policy issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and regional teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Calm, adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional South East Asia communications experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Thai or Bahasa will be an added advantage due to the regional scope of the role.
- Willingness to travel across the region when required.
