Our client is hiring a Corporate Actions Analyst to join the Asset Servicing team within Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a global banking environment and support corporate actions across APAC markets.
About the Role
Operations plays a critical role in supporting trading, banking, and asset management activities globally. The Asset Servicing team is responsible for managing Corporate Actions and Income events across equity and fixed income products, ensuring accurate and timely execution while maintaining strong risk and control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and distribute entitlements for voluntary and mandatory corporate actions(equities & fixed income)
- Create and manage corporate action events in internal systems
- Perform cash and stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Liaise with custodian banks, brokers, and internal stakeholders(trading desks, prime brokerage, stock loan teams)
- Interpret and process information using SWIFT messaging standards
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Prior experience in Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing(APAC markets preferred)
- Understanding of broker-dealer environments and associated market risks
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
