CRM Solution Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) – 1-Year Contract

Location: Central, Singapore
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (potential renewal)

About the Role
We are hiring a CRM Solution Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) to design, build, and configure CRM applications that support key business processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, contribute to problem-solving discussions, and help build internal CRM knowledge and best practices. This is a mid-level role suited for someone solid in Dynamics 365 CE Core Development who wants to grow as a go-to CRM developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business and application requirements.
  • Implement customisations (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate flows).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure performance, stability, and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members on CRM development best practices.
  • Help build and maintain solution documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in application/CRM development, with at least 2+ years in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate–Advanced (P3) proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE Core Development.
    • Hands-on experience with customisations: entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, plugins (C#/.NET), JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) in Dynamics 365 context.
    • Understanding of solution management and environment moves in Dynamics 365.
