Customer Support Representative (Maternity Cover)
Location: Loyang, Singapore (company transport available from Pasir Ris White Sands)
Contract Duration: November – February (likely extension to March/April)

Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our client's Asia Pacific team on a maternity cover contract. You will play a key role in supporting airline customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong communication skills, SAP experience, and a proactive mindset to deliver timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via email/phone (approx. 40–50 daily, mostly emails) on repair orders, quotations, billing, and service status.
  • Ensure on-time delivery commitments for assigned customers, including those with contractual service agreements.
  • Prepare and provide weekly/monthly status reports for customers.
  • Support quotation processes, repair pricing, and simple billing-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle tasks such as subcontract repairs, rental pool operations, and RFQ responses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within aviation or related industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP is required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; an additional language is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
Additional Information
  • Work closely with 2 Senior Representatives.
  • Working hours: 8am–5pm (with company transport) or 9am–6pm.
  • Budget: Competitive, aligned with experience.
