Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer (L2 Support) Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Singapore
Work Hours: Afternoon/evening shifts aligned with international time zones (e.g., 2pm–11pm / 4pm–1am); on-call support may be required.

🔹 Job Description We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to provide Level 2 operational support for network and security infrastructure. This includes incident handling, firewall and proxy management, vulnerability remediation, and supporting VPN/LAN/WAN environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 support for network security infrastructure

  • Handle incidents, service requests, and change management

  • Perform vulnerability remediation and system hardening

  • Maintain network security documentation and SOPs

  • Support security implementations across firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, and proxy systems

  • Administer DNS/DHCP and remote access tools

  • Contribute to knowledge management and security awareness efforts

  • Support configuration and asset tracking (e.g., CMDB)

🔹 Requirements
  • Min. 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure support

  • Strong understanding of network topology and security protocols

  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as:

    • Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Arista, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Ivanti

    • Proxy & remote access tools

    • Python, Bash, Ansible(scripting)

    • Wireshark, NetFlow(network analysis tools)

    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

    • Able to work independently and under pressure

      🔹 Education
      • Bachelor’s Degree in:

        • Computer Science

        • Information Technology

        • Systems Analysis or equivalent

        🔹 Work Schedule & Compensation
        • Shift-based schedule (afternoon/evening), aligned with international support hours

        • On-call support during weekends or public holidays may be required (allowance claimable)
