- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through clear communication, expectation management, and timely issue resolution.
- Lead structured discovery workshops to understand client business processes, requirements, and success metrics.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of ECM implementations.
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and regular status updates.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects to translate business requirements into effective solution designs and delivery plans.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and agreed delivery scope.
- Oversee configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to enable smooth and successful delivery.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on responsibilities, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support UAT, client training, and go-live activities to ensure customer readiness and adoption.
- Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- Proven experience working with Solutions Architects and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in delivery or project management within a SaaS or software product environment.
- Project Management certification(e.g. PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner) is required.
- Agile certification(e.g. CSM, PSM I, SAFe, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success delivering SaaS implementations end-to-end, from discovery to go-live.
- Strong background in client-facing delivery with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in hybrid or agile delivery models.
