About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable AI platforms that enable the deployment, management, and monitoring of AI and Generative AI solutions across the enterprise. You will work closely with infrastructure engineers, application teams, and cloud architects to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Build and manage AI platform environments on Azure and/or AWS.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure standards.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
- Implement DevOps, GitOps, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Support deployment and lifecycle management of AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Build and maintain MLOps capabilities, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and governance.
- Integrate AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI APIs.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, logging, observability, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of Git and software delivery best practices.
- Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, MLOps, or Generative AI environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or AWS Bedrock is an advantage.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or Splunk is a plus.
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
