Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media)

About the Role
You will take the lead in shaping and driving our client ’s social media marketing and communications strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will have the autonomy to manage content, oversee social media platforms, and influence how our brand is represented to the market. You’ll be empowered to test, innovate, and decide what works best for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content plans and editorial calendars that align with our client’s brand identity and business goals.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, create engaging content, and design digital assets (graphics and videos) to drive brand awareness.
  • Marketing Collateral: Write, edit, and design communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, promotional campaigns, and brand assets.
  • Brand & Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and recommend improvements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on content trends, SEO best practices, and consumer behaviour to ensure our client remains ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration & Support: Contribute to the success of the overall branding and marketing strategy, and support the CEO with additional marketing initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, design, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with design and content tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, design, and video editing.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, demonstrate critical thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
