The position leads a cross-functional team and works closely with senior management and external stakeholders across multiple regions to drive programme outcomes, ensure alignment with organisational priorities, and support enterprises/companies overseas market objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic planning, programme development, and resource allocation for enterprise and overseas market initiatives.
- Oversee governance, financial management, reporting, and compliance for funded programmes.
- Manage proposals, renewals, and extensions of government-supported initiatives.
- Drive marketing, communications, and digital enablement efforts aligned with organisational objectives.
- Establish customer experience standards and ensure effective service delivery for business missions, events, and trade facilitation activities.
- Build and manage partnerships with institutional, industry, and overseas stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, performance oversight, and capability development for the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Experience in enterprise development, business growth, partnerships, or international market activities.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience overseeing programmes, portfolios, or initiatives with accountability for outcomes and budgets.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable operating in structured environments.
