Job Description
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and responding to customer needs.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of professionalism and service quality.
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and special requests with tact and sound judgment.
  • Maintain an active Front-of-House presence to engage organisers and visitors.
  • Gather feedback and initiate continuous service improvements.
Operations Management
  • Lead and oversee all event-related operational activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and service protocols.
  • Conduct shift briefings for staff and vendors to ensure alignment and effective manpower deployment.
  • Supervise and manage vendor performance to meet contractual and service expectations.
  • Direct and coordinate emergency responses with clear and decisive leadership.
  • Perform regular inspections of facilities and services, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports for follow-up and reporting.
  • Support operational planning and contribute to process and service improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in leading teams effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform duties involving extensive walking, stair climbing, and on-site mobility.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise in real time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in workforce planning and team deployment.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital workflows.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
