Role Overview
The client’s Asia Pacific Early Careers team is seeking an experienced Early Career Recruiter (Contract – Maternity Cover) to be based in Singapore. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth by attracting and hiring Early Careers talent across multiple business units, locations, and rotation programmes in the region.
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for New College Graduate and Early Careers roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and regional Talent Acquisition teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The position reports to the Asia Pacific Head of Early Careers and collaborates closely with recruiting and programme teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising hiring teams on talent demand, market trends, and hiring strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from resume screening to offer closure, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Lead planning, calibration, and debrief meetings with hiring managers.
- Attract top Early Careers talent while acting as a brand and culture ambassador.
- Source and screen candidates using multiple channels, including social media platforms.
- Manage candidate pipelines, requisitions, interview scheduling, Superday interviews, and recruitment events.
- Ensure timely candidate communication, dispositioning, and requisition maintenance.
- Drive recruitment outcomes aligned with key hiring metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Coordinating, Onboarding, Inclusion, and Total Rewards.
- Participate in regional or global projects such as employer branding initiatives, data and analytics, social media strategy, and internship programme support.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders in a virtual working environment.
- Administer and support candidate onboarding processes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Support after-hours commitments for campus recruiting, Early Careers events, and team activities (approximately 15% of the time).
- Work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Strong interest and experience in Early Careers / Graduate recruitment
- Prior experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices
- Experience sourcing candidates via social media platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Results-driven, well-organised, and resourceful
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows)
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
