1. EHS Governance & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ensure strong adherence to safe work practices, method statements, and permitting processes across all data centre operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for government and regulatory bodies on EHS matters.
2. Audits, Inspections & Risk Management
  • Conduct EHS inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for all facilities and operational activities.
  • Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support operational teams in ensuring safe execution of maintenance, engineering, and vendor activities.
3. Emergency Preparedness & Safety Programs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response plans; conduct regular fire, evacuation, and response drills.
  • Oversee management of hazardous materials, waste disposal, and environmental compliance programs.
4. Training & Culture Building
  • Deliver EHS training programs for technicians, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first culture across data centre operations and project teams.
5. Documentation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain all EHS documentation, including safety records, permits, incident logs, and audit reports.
  • Monitor EHS metrics and recommend improvement initiatives to reduce risks and improve operational safety.
  • Collaborate with facilities, operations, and engineering teams to embed safety into all aspects of data centre operations.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional EHS/WSH certifications (e.g., ISO 14001/45001 auditor, WSH Officer) preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of EHS experience, preferably in data centres, mission-critical environments, or technical facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore EHS/WSH regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience in audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
