Job Title: Front Office Executive

Job Summary As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. You will manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, and ensure smooth daily front office operations in line with the hotel's service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out, and ensure efficient handling of reservations and room assignments.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cashiering duties including billing, payments, foreign currency exchange, and maintaining accurate financial transactions.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, Sales, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, promotions, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Monitor daily occupancy, VIP arrivals, group bookings, and ensure proper arrangements are in place.
  • Uphold security and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior associates to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Hospitality or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
