🌟 About the Role We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer (1–3 years experience) to join a dynamic engineering team building modern, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
You will work across the full stack — either focusing on Java backend development or ReactJS frontend development, with exposure to both highly valued.
This role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in an Agile environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end features from requirement to production deployment
- Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using ReactJS
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure(App Service, AKS, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault)
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for containerised deployments
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and accessibility standards
- 1–3 years of software development experience
- Strong in Java / Spring Boot / Microservices OR ReactJS (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure services
- Familiarity with Docker and basic Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Experience using Git / GitLab with branching and code reviews
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library)
- Full-stack experience in both Java + ReactJS
- Experience with NextJS or Angular
- Azure certifications (AZ-204 / AZ-305)
- Exposure to observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry)
- Agile / Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
