- Engage with customers to understand their health and wellness goals, providing knowledgeable advice on supplements and nutritional products tailored to their needs
- Promote and demonstrate a wide range of supplements, including vitamins, minerals, and wellness products, to drive sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and personalized wellness recommendations
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure products are neatly displayed in line with brand and merchandising standards
- Educate customers on supplement benefits, usage, and current health trends, fostering trust and encouraging repeat purchases
- Support in-store activities such as product launches, health campaigns, and promotional events
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and solution-focused manner
- Prior experience in retail, health supplements, nutrition, or wellness products is preferred
- Friendly, confident, and sales-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work 5 days per week, including weekends (8.5 hours per shift)
