About the Role We are seeking an experienced Hire to Exit (H2E) / Payroll Lead to lead the migration of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management from ECC to S/4HANA while driving payroll transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll and time management design, SuccessFactors integration, statutory payroll compliance, and leading cross-functional teams through implementation, migration, testing, and go-live activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, SuccessFactors Employee Central integration, and Singapore payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the lift-and-shift migration of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Own and design Time Management processes including schemas, work schedules, leave quotas, overtime, allowances, and attendance rules.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory payroll requirements including CPF, IRAS, SDL, and SHG contributions.
- Design and oversee integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and S/4HANA HCM.
- Manage payroll posting interfaces to FI/CO and downstream finance systems.
- Facilitate Hire-to-Exit (H2E) workshops and provide strategic recommendations on future HR platform direction.
- Lead payroll and time management teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Drive payroll parallel runs, data migration, cutover activities, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and project leadership to align HR transformation objectives.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
- 12–15 years of overall SAP HR experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management experience.
- Strong experience with Singapore Payroll(mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM.
- At least 2 full-cycle payroll implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Evaluation, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting and FI/CO integration.
- Experience leading workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage onsite and offshore delivery teams.
