About the Role
We are hiring an HR Systems Integration Analyst to support daily interface operations between an enterprise e-HR platform and multiple upstream/downstream systems. You will ensure integrations run smoothly, monitor batch processes, troubleshoot interface errors, support change requests and testing, and coordinate across stakeholders to maintain reliable HR data flows.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Operations Support
- Monitor and manage daily system interfaces between e-HR and other systems to ensure successful end-to-end integrations
- Track concurrent interface activities and coordinate with SMEs, middleware teams, interfacing system owners, and vendors/suppliers
- Support incoming/outgoing interfaces across enterprise platforms, eServices, internet portals, and commercial cloud applications
- Perform batch job monitoring, error log review, and timely resolution of interface failures
- Carry out manual data uploads/transfers when required
- Support interface-related change requests (CRs), including requirements input, UAT support, and deployment readiness
- Profile and analyse data discrepancies using Microsoft Office tools, SAP queries/programs, and SQL (where applicable)
- Provide analysis and consultative support to stakeholders on operational and data-related issues
- Coordinate with data owners when HR data requires man-in-the-loop decision making
- Support meeting coordination/secretariat duties across multiple stakeholders; prepare minutes and follow-ups
- Prepare status reports, operational reports, and presentation slides for management and governance forums
- Track workplans/resource assignments and flag deviations to keep activities on track
- Review and update documentation such as SOPs, approval documents, and data catalogues
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of IT experience, preferably in operations support or application support
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS and understanding of HR data design
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to investigate root cause and propose fixes
- SQL proficiency preferred; strong Excel skills required
- Good coordination, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting testing/UAT and multi-stakeholder environments is an advantage
- Prior exposure to MINDEF/SAF HR projects is a plus
