Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Junior / Senior) 
12 Months Contract - open for renewals / conversions 

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, manage inbound sales inquiries, and support revenue growth. This role plays a key part in nurturing client relationships, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting through order processing. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable engaging customers through virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through strong after-sales service.

  2. Proactively generate new sales opportunities via cold-calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.

  3. Respond to inbound inquiries from multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Develop strong product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits to customers.

  5. Advise customers on suitable product solutions based on their needs and specifications.

  6. Conduct virtual meetings to build rapport and progress sales discussions.

  7. Manage customer purchase orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.

  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including sales pipeline tracking.

  9. Prepare regular sales activity reports (calls made, leads generated, deals closed).

  10. Arrange meetings between potential clients and Outside Sales Representatives when required.

  11. Conduct research on market trends and competitor products to support sales strategy.

  12. Participate in industry events, workshops, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management

  • Experience in IT products or services is an advantage

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently

  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
