About the role
Provide administrative support to an IT operations team at a customer site, supporting day-to-day IT service activities.
Key responsibilities
- Raise service request tickets in an ITSM system, track completion, and meet turnaround times
- Track clean laptop counts and support scheduling/appointments
- Maintain asset inventory for storeroom items and handle ad-hoc administrative duties
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Good communication skills (oral and written); basic EUCD skills are a plus
- Experience supporting government/public sector environments
- Familiarity with ITSM processes
